Mr Debabrata Gupta is a Chemical Engineer from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India. He has spent more than 20 years working for the consumer goods industry in the Supply Chain part of the businesses. After his graduation, he has worked for large businesses like Unilever, Coca Cola and Reckitt Benckiser. During this period he has contributed succesfully towards major process improvements in the industries leading to substantial financial benefits being achieved by the companies. He has also been involved in many successful product developments in the consumer goods industry.

Mr Gupta currently works for USV Limited and is the Chief Operating Officer for the business. In this capacity he is responsible for the Supply Operations for both domestic as well as the international businesses of USV Limited and oversees the backend functions of manufacturing, logistics / deliveries as well as commercial aspects of the business.
